1 1/3 Cup Flour
1/2 Tsp Salt (For fruit pies with 3/4 Tsp)
1/3 Cup Shortening - cooled (Use 1/2 cup for softer crusts)
1 TBSP Corn starch (Optional, only use if you want the crust to be very crumbly)
2-3 Tbsp very cold water
Mix salt, flour, shortening in food processor until mixed. While pulsing the food processor slowly add Tbsps of cold water until starts to stick together. Remove and roll between two sheets of wax paper rotating often until desired thickness.
